OVERVIEW

PROFESSIONAL CARE AROUND THE CLOCK
SKILLED NURSING is an ideal choice for individuals who require ongoing medical care with physician oversight yet do not require hospitalization.

REHABILITATION at Eliza Jennings offers a full range of therapies that promote continued independence and a fulfilling future for older adults with various neurological, muscular-skeletal, orthopedic, and other medical conditions.

MEMORY SUPPORT THERAPY has been a cornerstone service at Eliza Jennings since 1989.
We offer programs, including music therapy and pet support programs, for older adults
with Alzheimer’s disease and other symptoms of dementia. And many of our caregivers are
Certified Dementia Practitioners.
