The Eliza Jennings Health Campus is the site of our flagship community, bequeathed more than 129 years ago by our founder and benefactress, Eliza Wallace Jennings. Through dedication and good stewardship, we have maintained this not-for-profit birthplace of person-centered care in the heart of Cleveland’s West Side. Our commitment to superior care is demonstrated by excellent state survey results, clinical outcomes, and quality measures. Eliza Jennings offers services and programs including skilled nursing, long-term care, memory support, and rehabilitation. In our dedication to the dignity of all, nearly every resident room is private, regardless of whether payment is through private funds, insurance or Medicaid.
